Description ABsolute™ Blue incorporates an inert dye to significantly enhance the contrast between reagent and plastic, making verification of master mix dispensing quick, easy and foolproof.
Features This range of high performance master mixes is specially formulated to achieve the most consistent and reproducible qPCR data across all qPCR platforms. Like our ABsolute Mixes, proprietary additives give enhanced and consistent endpoint readings as well as low Ct values. All contain ABgene’s Thermo-Start® hot-start enzyme, for increased sensitivity, and utilize dTTP in the dNTP mix for increased reaction efficiency and reduced time per reaction (low Ct). White opaque plastics are recommended for the most sensitive and consistent qPCR reaction. Although the white plastic gives superior qPCR results, traditional colourless reagents are harder to visualize when aliquoted in the tube. With ABsolute Blue, a simple glance ensures that the correct amount of master mix has been added.

Storage conditions: Store at -20°C until ready for use.The ROX dye is light sensitive and exposure should be minimized. Avoid freeze thawing.
